well said Claire. if men got pregnant abortion would be legal in Ireland. I think it is time to have a referendum on it. society has changed and women should have that right in their own country.

so many women that are poor cant afford to travel abroad. domestic violence is also an issue when it comes to unwanted pregnancies.
it is time to change and give women a choice. it is a painful decision for women to make and to have the added burden of travelling abroad only adds to their pain. no right to abortion is gender discrimination.
