I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Louise O'Reilly - To discuss the operation of the tenant in situ scheme by Fingal County Council.

Deputy Brian Stanley - To discuss the low level of Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board funding for youth services in Laois and Offaly.

Deputy Gino Kenny - To discuss lack of progress on refurbishment and construction of schools in Dublin Mid-West.

Deputy Michael McNamara - To discuss the impact of Circular 0002/2024 on primary schools' special education teacher allocation.

Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne - To discuss the classification of foetal alcohol spectrum disorder as a disability in Ireland.

Deputy Gary Gannon - To discuss the creation of a Dublin city centre task force to tackle violence.

Deputy Paul Murphy - To discuss the state of transgender healthcare in Ireland.

Deputy Pearse Doherty - To discuss the condemning of the building belonging to Raphoe community playgroup.

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - To discuss the need for a higher financial threshold for persons living on offshore islands as part of the assessment relating to eligibility for medical and GP cards.

Deputy Marian Harkin - To discuss the construction of a new Garda station in Sligo town.

Deputy Verona Murphy - To discuss the chronic coastal erosion issue, in Wexford in particular.

Deputy Réada Cronin - To discuss the modular accommodation promised and approved for Scoil Mhuire, Clane.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - To discuss the future of the community nursing unit in Nenagh.

Deputy Mattie McGrath - To discuss the need for progression of three ASD class projects in County Tipperary.

Deputy Pauline Tully - To discuss matters relating to pay with section 39 organisations.

Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - To discuss the serious impact on farmers of continuous wet weather.

Deputy Duncan Smith - To discuss the need for coastal protection measures in Portrane, County Dublin.

The matters raised by Deputies Louise O'Reilly, Duncan Smith, Violet-Anne Wynne and Marian Harkin have been selected for discussion.
