Question put and agreed to.

It is back to Deputy Quinlivan to have another go at it. I congratulate everyone. Would that we could be as expeditious in dealing with all legislation as we were with that Bill.

We are about to move on to Private Members' business, which is a motion regarding general practice and local health services, but we await the arrival of Deputy Cullinane and a Minister from the Department of Health. Will Deputy Ó Murchú take this? He has no bother with any of it.

If necessary, I would be willing. I would stand up to the mark.

The Minister of State, Deputy Butler, is here. I think Deputy Ó Murchú is leading off for Sinn Féin. Will he?

No, I think I could get strung up.

We are running early after losing all that time.

I might get kicked out of the parliamentary party.
