I must now deal with a deferred division relating to amendment No. 1, in the name of Deputy Pearse Doherty, to the motion regarding the proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Section 4(2)) (Scheme Termination Date) Order 2024. On Wednesday, 21 February 2022, on the question "That the amendment be made", a division was claimed and that division must be taken now.
