I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - To discuss the timeline for the opening of the mother and baby redress scheme and the making of payments.

Deputy Gary Gannon - To discuss street safety in Dublin's north inner city.

Deputy Colm Burke - To discuss the current position in respect of the treatment of home tutors as being self-employed.

Deputy Ciarán Cannon - To discuss the serious deficit in public transport links between Loughrea and Galway city.

Deputy Brian Stanley - To discuss when legislation will be commenced to allow local authorities to erect CCTV in dumping black spots.

Deputies Danny Healy-Rae and Mattie McGrath - To discuss the CIÉ salaried pensioners who have had no increase granted to pensions since 2008.

Deputy David Stanton - To discuss the need to assist families to find childcare places following the closure of childcare facilities in Midleton.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - To discuss the case of alleged pollution on a farm in Castlecomer, County Kilkenny.

Deputy Chris Andrews - To discuss Shelbourne Park and the need to ensure the site is protected and utilised to it full potential for the community.

Deputies Darren O'Rourke and Maurice Quinlivan - To discuss the findings of a recent KPMG report commissioned by Wind Energy Ireland regarding planning delays and electricity grid capacity.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - To discuss the new legal framework for supported decision-making in Ireland.

The matters raised by Deputies Jackie Cahill, Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire, Danny Healy-Rae, Mattie McGrath, Ciarán Cannon have been selected for discussion.
