The Standing Business Committee has completed its consideration under Standing Order 30 of the request by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to waive the requirement for pre-legislative scrutiny under Standing Order 173 on the general scheme and the draft heads of the agriculture appeals (amendment) Bill 2020 and has agreed thereto.

The Standing Business Committee has completed its consideration under Standing Order 30 of the request by the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs to waive the requirement for pre-legislative scrutiny under Standing Order 173 on the general scheme and the draft heads of the preservation and transfer of specified records of the commission of investigation (mother and baby homes and certain related matters) Bill 2020 and has agreed thereto.
