I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act 1999 to give the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the power to add to the record of protected structures, with specific regard to the need to preserve 15, 16 and 17 Moore Street in the light of their importance as a site connected to the 1916 Rising.
