I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Crawford â that the Minister give direction regarding the transfer of farms; (2) Deputy Kehoe â to review the case of a person who requires occupational therapy; (3) Deputy Cowley â the options being considered to help drift net fishermen, their crews and families; (4) Deputy Naughten â the need for the Minister to provide sufficient funds to Clontuskert national school, County Roscommon for its school building project; (5) Deputy O'Sullivan â the need for the Minister to provide secure funding for the Bluebell ABA school for children with autism in Limerick; (6) Deputy Connaughton â the matter of the delay in getting the tender documents in order for the proposed sewerage treatment works at Kilkerrin, Dunmore and Leenane, County Galway; (7) Deputy Neville â the position regarding Athea sewerage scheme; (8) Deputy Wall â the need for the Minister to recognise retired Army groups; (9) Deputy O'Dowd â that the Minister immediately introduce legislation to ensure a comprehensive and accurate voter register in all constituencies; (10) Deputies Costello and Michael D. Higgins â the need for the Minister to respond positively to the new initiative launched by Shell to Sea to resolve the Corrib gas dispute; (11) Deputy Broughan â that the Minister respond positively to the recent proposal to establish a commission of inquiry to resolve the refinery impasse at Bellanaboy; and (12) Deputy Breeda Moynihan-Cronin â the need for a statement from the Minister on postal services in east Kerry.
The matters raised by Deputies Cowley, O'Sullivan and Wall have been selected for discussion.
