I must now deal with the deferred division relating to the motion regarding the proposed approval by Dáil Éireann for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the justice programme for the period of 2028 to 2034 and repealing Regulation (EU) 2021/693. Earlier today, on the question that the motion be agreed, a division was claimed. That division must now be taken.
