Before I call Deputy Rice, I welcome our visitors in the Visitors Gallery. I give a special welcome to Mrs. Hearne, mother of Deputy Rory Hearne, and his three beautiful children Aisling, Keelan and Erin. They are most welcome to see their daddy introduce legislation.
