Before I move to the next speaker, I ask Members to join me in extending a warm céad míle fáilte, welcome, to my counterpart from the Latvian Parliament, Her Excellency, Speaker Mieriņa, and her delegation, who arrived yesterday morning on an official visit. Her Excellency has a very busy schedule of engagements. This afternoon, she and her delegation will meet members of the European union affairs, defence, and foreign affairs committees.
