Before I call the Minister, Deputy Chambers, I am sure Members will not mind if I welcome pupils from two schools in Windgap and Skeaghvasteen in my constituency of Carlow-Kilkenny. Deputy Cleere has reminded me they are here. Deputy O'Donoghue has also told me that the Cappagh Women's Cave group from County Limerick are also here listening to the debate.
