I move amendment No. 31:

In page 77, to delete lines 40 and 41 and substitute the following: “(u) in section 34(1), by the substitution of “Family District Court or the District Court has made an order under Part III or the Family District Court or the Family Circuit Court has made an order under Part IV” for “District Court has made an order under Part III or IV”,”.
