I move amendment No. 30:

In page 77, to delete lines 32 to 34 and substitute the following: “(vi) in subsection (4), by the substitution of “The Family District Court concurrently with the Family Circuit Court and the Family Circuit Court on appeal from the Family District Court” for “The District Court, and the Circuit Court on appeal from the District Court”,”.
