I move amendment No. 8:

In page 6, between lines 30 and 31, to insert the following: “Amendment of

6. Section 47 of the is amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (7):

“(7A) Regulations may provide for the postponement of the payment of maternity benefit in the event of the person who is entitled to that benefit having a serious health condition within the meaning of section 14C of the subject to the conditions and in the circumstances that may be prescribed.”.”.
