To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 264 of 9 September 2024, the steps he is taking on foot of reports that aircraft carrying munitions of war operated in sovereign Irish airspace without exemptions, given that the air transportation of munitions of war across State airspace without an exemption is an indictable offence; the number, carriers or operators, origin, destination and volume of munitions on such flights identified to date, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
