I move amendment No. 24:

In page 8, between lines 5 and 6, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 139ZG of Act of 2009

8. Section 139ZG(1) of the Act of 2009 is amended in the definition of “contravention” by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (b):

“(ba) an infringement by a hosting service provider of Article 3(3) or (6), Article 4(2) or (7), Article 5(1), (2), (3), (5) or (6), Article 6, Article 7, Article 10, Article 11, Article 14(5), Article 15(1), or Article 17, of the Terrorist Content Online Regulation,”.”.
