That Dáil Éireann, noting that the Government on 2nd July, 2024, nominated Emily Logan for appointment by the President as An tOmbudsman Póilíneachta, recommends, pursuant to section 171(3)(b) of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024, that she be appointed by the President as An tOmbudsman Póilíneachta.
