I move:

That Dáil Éireann, noting that the Government on 2nd July, 2024, nominated Emily Logan for reappointment by the President as a member of the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission, recommends, pursuant to section 65(1)(b) of the Garda Síochána Act 2005, that she be reappointed by the President to be a member of the Commission.
