To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will report on his engagement with the Minister for Justice in respect of the need to update the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011; and if he is satisfied that the redress scheme for construction defects is practicable in view of the lack of a review so far.
