I move amendment No. 5:

In page 9, after line 33, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 22 of Act of 2010

14. Section 22 of the Act of 2010 is amended in subsection (1A) (inserted by section 13(i) of the Act of 2023) by the substitution of “subsection (2), (2A) or (2C)” for “subsection (2) or (2A)”.”.
