I move:

That Dáil Éireann, pursuant to Article 29.5.2° of Bunreacht na hÉireann, approves the terms of the Strategic Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Japan, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 24th August, 2018, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 10th January, 2024.
