It was revealed last weekend in The Irish Timesthat the Dublin Airport Authority, DAA, is cooking the books in terms of the numbers of passengers going through the airport and, in reality, is breaching the passenger cap. If all passengers going through the airport were properly counted, the airport would have breached the 32 million passengers per annum cap by more than 1 million. What action will the Department take to ensure that the airport maintains the passenger cap?
