I move amendment No. 102:

In page 152, to delete lines 33 to 41 and substitute the following:

(a)", or section 58 of the Local Government (Mayor of Limerick) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023," were inserted after "section 34 or 146" in subparagraph (3) of paragraph 1, (b)", or section 58 of the Local Government (Mayor of Limerick) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023," were inserted after "section 34 or 146" in subparagraph (3) of paragraph 7, and
