I move amendment No. 97:

In page 145, between lines 43 and 44, to insert the following:

(f)the following subsection were inserted after subsection (9): "(10)The director general of Limerick City and County Council shall consult with the Mayor of Limerick regarding a delegation made under this section to ensure that each delegated function is properly staffed in pursuit of the policy priorities of the Mayor of Limerick.".
