I move amendment No. 13:

In page 29, to delete lines 8 to 10 and substitute the following: “(b) the removal of the organ for the purpose of transplantation is for therapeutic benefit and no reward has been or is to be given, and there is no other alternative therapeutic method of comparable effectiveness;”.
