I reiterate that it is critically important, as the Ceann Comhairle said, that the channel of communication between Uisce Éireann and its customers - in this case, the business community in Clonmel town centre - is effective, meaningful and addressing the issues as they see them. I think that is happening but I can appreciate the challenge that it has brought about for the business community in Clonmel.
