I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:
Deputy Bríd Smith - to discuss the scoping exercise into the death of Shane O’Farrell and need for a public inquiry.
Deputy Michael Healy-Rae - to discuss the changing of the open season order removing four species of duck that could be hunted, and the possible removal of lead in cartridges.
Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - to discuss ongoing school bus cancellations in Wicklow.
Deputy Seán Sherlock - to discuss the need to review the school transport system.
Deputy Michael Ring - to discuss the need to provide to not-for-profit nursing home units that are registered as charities support equal to the support provided per week by the NTPF to HSE nursing units.
Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the mandatory retirement age of 70 years for school bus drivers, as imposed by Bus Éireann.
Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - to discuss the continued ongoing lack of access to Clongriffin DART station from Baldoyle.
Deputy Patrick Costello - to discuss the need for impact payments and supports to victims of the Troubles in this State as well as in the North.
Deputy Mattie McGrath - to discuss the very serious water issues affecting Clonmel town.
Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn - to discuss the staffing crisis at the Donegal children's disability network teams.
Deputy Pearse Doherty - to discuss the staffing crisis at the Donegal children's disability network teams.
Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss the recent change in policy affecting medical card holders who cannot find a GP.
Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the shortage of childcare places in Cork.
Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the provision of an injury clinic in Carlow.
Deputy David Stanton - to discuss preparations for any potential arrival of red fire ants - solenopsis invicta - into the country.
Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the lack of sufficient bus services from Youghal to Midleton train station in County Cork.
Deputy Réada Cronin - to discuss the lands at Castletown and the need for the State to acquire them.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the return of therapists to special schools in Cork.
Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - to discuss funding for the connection of Birchhill Estate and the Old Killarney Village Estate in Kerry to the public sewerage system.
Deputy Mick Barry - to discuss the closure of the Before 5 Family Centre at Churchfield in Cork city.
