I must now deal with a deferred division relating to amendment No. 1, in the name of Deputy Carthy, to the motion regarding proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of Ireland's participation in four European Defence Agency projects. Last Thursday, on the question, "That the amendment to the motion be made", a division was claimed. In accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
