I move amendment No. 79:

In page 246, to delete lines 33 to 37, and in page 247, to delete line 1, and substitute the following: “(iv) in paragraph (an), by the substitution of “functions;” for “functions.”, and

(v) by the insertion of the following paragraphs after paragraph (an):

“(ao) Bord an Gharda Síochána, other than insofar as it relates to administrative records relating to human resources, finance or procurement matters;

(ap) the Independent Examiner of Security Legislation in the”.
