I move consequential amendment No. 13c:

In page 6, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following:

Report on household use of turf

5. (a) Within 12 months of the coming into operation of this section, the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage shall prepare a report on the average amount of turf required by an individual on an annual basis for the purpose of household use. (b) The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage shall, as soon as practicable but not later than 3 months after the report referred to in paragraph (a) is prepared, lay a copy of that report before each House of the Oireachtas.”.
