I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputies Seán Sherlock and Duncan Smith - to discuss the need to provide clarity on the non-payment of pension increases due to retired An Post workers under Section 46 of the 1983 Civil Service Act.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss financial compensation for farmers of ash dieback plantations.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the HIQA inspections report on University Hospital Limerick, published on 23 June 2023.

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - an gá ata ann go gcuirfear seirbhísí cumsitheacha sláinte ar fáil ar an gCeathrú Rua.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss recent reports by the Health Research Board on addiction treatment presentations and premature deaths.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to adjust the cost rental tenant in situscheme.

Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss violent attacks in Dublin city centre.

Deputies Mairéad Farrell and Pearse Doherty - to discuss the lack of housewives in Gaeltacht areas.

Deputy Frankie Feighan - to discuss the exclusion of housing estates with developer-provided infrastructure from the "taking in charge" memorandum of understanding between local authorities and Uisce Éireann.

Deputy Claire Kerrane - to discuss the roll-out of the agri-climate rural environment scheme.

The matters raised by Deputies Maurice Quinlivan, Gary Gannon, Seán Sherlock and Duncan Smith, and Frankie Feighan have been selected for discussion.
