I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Marc MacSharry - to discuss the Government commitment to upgrade the N17 national primary route.

Deputy Frankie Feighan - to discuss the exclusion of housing estates with developer-provided infrastructure from the taking in charge memorandum of understanding between local authorities and Uisce Éireann.

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the provision of an injury clinic in Carlow.

Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss accessibility issues with the new assisted decision-making process, and the changes it has made to power of attorney.

Deputy Ciarán Cannon - to discuss the publication of the all-island rail review so that the urgent development of rail and cycleway infrastructure in east Galway can proceed.

Deputy Kathleen Funchion - to discuss actions to address the serious and recent rise in gender-based violence in Ireland.

Deputy Gino Kenny - to discuss the shortage of medicines.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the process of the resource allocation group in fulfilling prescriptions for vital medical equipment for children in CHO4.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the current crime prevention resources available in Mahon, Cork.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to adjust the cost rental tenant in situscheme.

Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss the publication of the all-Ireland strategic rail review and the western rail corridor.

Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the ongoing challenges posed to the taxi industry by illegal operators.

The matters raised by Deputies Funchion, MacSharry and Martin Browne have been selected for discussion
