I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:
Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the need for secondary legislation to be introduced to enable local authorities to implement CCTV for surveillance regarding illegal dumping.
Deputy Gino Kenny - to discuss the medical cannabis access programme
Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn - to discuss the allocation of funding to schools with a large intake of students from refugees or asylum-seeking families, post September.
Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss a standard posture training for children in sport and in educational settings to avoid posture-related problems in later life.
Deputy Michael Ring - to discuss the urgent need for an extension to a secondary school (details supplied), in light of its increasing enrolment numbers.
Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - to discuss the adverse effect that the proposed rewetting will have on farmers and rural communities in Kerry.
Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh - to discuss the understaffing of the National Building Control and Market Surveillance Office, NBCO.
Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss funding for the N71 between Bandon and Clonakilty.
Deputy Chris Andrews - to discuss the recently published review of the sports capital programme.
Deputy Marc MacSharry - to discuss whether the Minister reaffirms the Government commitment to upgrade the N17 national primary route in line with Government policy, the national planning framework and Ireland 2040.
Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the current crime prevention resources available in Mahon, Cork.
Deputy Martin Kenny - to discuss the announced increase in toll charges from 1 July.
Deputy Louise O'Reilly - to discuss the need for special needs assistant, SNA, provision for private child care, creches and after school facilities.
Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the Government response to projected sea level rise as a result of global warming and glacier melting.
Deputy Matt Carthy - to discuss the announced increase in toll charges for roads on 1 July.
