Every effort is being made by Dublin City Council and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage to provide social and affordable housing on what is a landmark site. I do not need to tell the Deputy the impact the proper development of the site can have on the availability of homes in the south inner city and the city overall. I will refer to the Minister, Deputy O'Brien, on the points the Deputy has made. The Government will make every effort we can to try to get the homes that will be built on the central site as affordable as possible.
