I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Gino Kenny - To discuss progress around the medical cannabis access programme.

Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne - To discuss progress around the medical cannabis access programme.

Deputy Neasa Hourigan - To discuss Ireland's support of EU search and rescue efforts of migrants and asylum seekers in distress at sea in the Mediterranean.

Deputy Colm Burke - to discuss the establishment of an office of State forensic pathologist.

Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - to discuss the ambulance service for Arklow, Baltinglass, and the rest of County Wicklow.

Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss the ongoing review of the rural social scheme.

Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss the need for a state-of-the-art sports facility in Alfie Byrne Park.

Deputy Mick Barry - to discuss the situation facing a group of nurses, mainly from India, working as healthcare assistants under a work permit scheme.

Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the need for secondary legislation to enable local authorities to implement CCTV for surveillance of illegal dumping.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the declining numbers of dentists partaking in the dental treatment service scheme.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the 19,000 public homes reported as in the pipeline and the number that have been stalled for over 12 months.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the upgrade of the R624 access road to Cobh and the Great Island in County Cork.

Deputy Eoin Ó Broin - to discuss the understaffing of the National Building Control Office and its implications for maintenance and enforcement of building standards and product surveillance.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the closure of Owenacurra mental health unit.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss EU proposals on land restoration and re-wetting, and the potential impact on Irish farmers.

Deputy Marc MacSharry - to discuss the upgrade of the N17 national primary route.

Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the recruitment and retention crisis in the retained fire service.

Deputy Steven Matthews - to discuss the need for increased enforcement of traffic violations including parking in cycle lanes and on paths.

The matters raised by Deputies Jackie Cahill, Neasa Hourigan, Colm Burke and Jennifer Whitmore have been selected for discussion.
