I move amendment No. 4 to amendment No. 14:

To delete paragraph (e) and substitute the following: “(4) Data referenced under paragraph (d)of subsection (3)may be in paper or electronic form, held by a business involved in the agriculture and food supply chain, or otherwise on their behalf.”.
