On a point of order, it is pretty bad timing that those of us involved in agriculture are attending a meeting of the Joint Committee for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, while this Bill is being discussed in the Chamber at the same time. Some of us still have to speak at that committee while this Bill is being discussed here. Deputy McNamara will address parts of it for me, as well as his own amendments, but it is very difficult to be in two places at the one time. I am sure the Minister-----
