I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:
Deputy Michael Ring - To discuss the current position regarding a new building for the Sacred Heart School in Westport, County Mayo.
Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - To discuss the need for a response to Galway County Council in relation to the N59 Galway to Clifden road upgrade.
Deputy Aindrias Moynihan - To discuss the need to advance a wastewater treatment plant at Crossbarry, County Cork.
Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - To discuss the imposition of the vacant land tax on active family farms adjacent to towns.
Deputy Brian Stanley - To discuss enabling local authorities to implement CCTV for surveillance of illegal dumping.
Deputy Michael Healy-Rae - To discuss the upcoming changes to the Government's Croí Cónaithe scheme.
Deputy Marc MacSharry - To discuss the introduction of a tax-free allowance for landlords on the first €800 in rent received to bring balance to the market.
Deputy Gary Gannon - To discuss the need for a Dublin municipal food market.
Deputy Michael McNamara - To discuss the need to review the changes in the nitrates derogation.
Deputy Matt Shanahan - To discuss the latest Department of Education initial teacher education policy document.
Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - To discuss the ongoing school transport review and the need to facilitate children who cannot gain access to their nearest schools.
Deputies Johnny Guirke, Sorca Clarke, Martin Kenny and Martin Browne - To discuss what measures have been put in place to prevent an increase in homelessness on foot of the decision to end the ban on no-fault evictions.
Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - To discuss funding for Cancer Connect.
Deputy Matt Carthy - To discuss the 2023 funding allocation for N2 road projects.
Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - To discuss the projected cost to the Government of supporting Ireland's participation in the Euro 2028 football championship.
Deputy Jackie Cahill - To discuss VAT rebates for farmers for the purchase of slurry storage bags on farms.
Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - To discuss the steps being taken to ensure the availability of more affordable housing in Carlow.
Deputy Brian Leddin - To discuss the review of Part 4 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017.
The matters raised by Deputies Michael Ring, Danny Healy-Rae, Christopher O'Sullivan and Matt Carthy have been selected for discussion.
