The issue of trust is vital so we must be very clear in terms of what we are doing in this decision and I am sharing these issues with the Oireachtas now because it has to go beyond the catch cry of "you are the uncaring Government that wants to do x, y and z and we are the people who are for apple pie" etc.. There is a real issue here. We could make things much worse is the point I am trying to make. We want to build up supply and we are doing it. We are up to 30,000 because of last year but there is a real issue and there are other consequences as well. We have up to a couple of hundred people coming back into the country who need to go back to their own homes who are working on behalf of the State. There are a lot of issues here that we have to work out and will discuss with the Deputies
