I move amendment No. 58:

In page 31, to delete lines 16 and 17 and substitute the following: “(a) as soon as possible after the day that is the second anniversary of the establishment day, but not later than 6 months after that day, and

(b) as soon as possible after the cessation date, but not later than 6 months after that date.”.
