I move amendment No. 1 to amendment No. 35:

In section 46, to delete paragraph (a) and substitute the following: “(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b):

“(b) in relation to any premises referred to in section 73(2) or (2A), the chief inspector conducting an inspection referred to in section 41 or a review referred to in section 41A,”,”.
