I move amendment No. 27:

In page 55, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 72 of Act of 2007

45.Section 72 of the 2007 Act is amended, in subsection (1)⁠—

(a) by the insertion of “or a review referred to in section 41A” after “section 41”,

(b) in paragraph (a), by the insertion of “referred to in section 41 or an inspection relating to a review referred to in section 41A, as the case may be” after “the inspection”, and

(c) in paragraph (b), by the insertion of “referred to in section 41, or to a review referred to in section 41A” after “the inspection”.”.
