I move amendment No. 25:

In page 55, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 41 of Act of 2007

45.Section 41 of the Act of 2007 is amended, in subsection (1), by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (c): “(ca) undertake reviews in accordance with section 41A,”.”.
