I move amendment No. 11:

In page 8, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following: “ “Part 5review” means a review conducted in accordance with section 35and includes—

(a) a request for a Part 5review,

(b) the process undertaken by the health services provider to carry out the review,

and

(c) the findings of the review;

“Part 5review disclosure meeting” shall be construed in accordance with section 48(1);”.
