Amendments Nos. 1, 4 to 9, inclusive, 16, 18 to 27, inclusive, 30 to 33, inclusive, 51, 74, 79, 92 to 103, inclusive, and 127 to 129, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together by agreement. Amendment No. 94 is a physical alternative to No. 93, No. 96 is a physical alternative to No. 95, No. 98 is a physical alternative to No. 97 and No. 100 is a physical alternative to No. 99. Would the Minister like to move amendment No. 1 and address this substantial grouping?
