I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:
Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the plans to restrict home birth services to women living within 30 minutes of a maternity hospital.
Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the public use of the swimming pool in Templemore Garda College.
Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - to discuss the lack of a dedicated island LEADER subgroup in County Galway for 2023 to 2027 for the offshore islands
Deputy Richard Bruton - to discuss difficulties recruiting therapists in HSE disability teams, particularly on Dublin’s north side.
Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the ongoing boil water notices in the Whitegate area of County Cork.
Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the plight of businesses faced with closure due to high electricity costs.
Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - to discuss a public service obligation to establish an EU connectivity hub from Shannon Airport to Amsterdam or another major European airport hub.
Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - to discuss the critical situation in Kerry over accommodation for a person with intellectual disability for residential care.
Deputies Claire Kerrane and Mairéad Farrell - to discuss funding for Galway County Council.
Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss consultation with survivors of institutional abuse and plans to action the outcomes of this consultation.
Deputy Paul Murphy - to discuss recent revelations in relation to the prize money for horse racing.
Deputy Darren O'Rourke - to discuss an update on the school transport system and the need to provide additional capacity on the Skryne-Rathfeigh to Navan post-primary centre route.
Deputy Gino Kenny - to discuss hospital waiting times.
The matters raised by Deputies Richard Bruton, Claire Kerrane and Mairéad Farrell, Holly Cairns, and Jackie Cahill have been selected for discussion.
