I move amendment No. 22:

In page 8, between lines 5 and 6, to insert the following: “(iii) an employer who contravenes paragraphs (a) or (b) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a class A fine, a maximum of five years’ imprisonment or both.”.
