I must now deal with a postponed division on the motion regarding an instruction to committee on the Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2022. Earlier today, on the question, "That the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed, and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
