To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if her attention has been drawn to a recent report (details supplied) from the Ombudsman for Children that states that children with special education needs are not getting their right to education without discrimination and that this is putting an unacceptable level of stress and pressure on families and their children; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
